Fabblers are always here to assist you.
At Fabble, 100% satisfaction with your purchase is the bare minimum. If you have any problem or concern with your order, please contact one of our magic-makers. We will do everything in our power to get it right.
Seamless return process
If you’re not happy with your purchase or it arrived damaged, you can easily return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or a replacement.
To return, follow the instructions.
- Initiate a return. From your account by going to your orders. You can also initiate a return by contacting us through email, phone, or chat.
- Print your label and ship it. Check your email for a return shipping label and follow instructions on how to ship your return.
- Get your refund. As soon as we get the return we will issue a refund to the account charged at purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
Oh, before you go, please keep in mind that as much as we want to make your experience magical, we do have some rules (Yeah, magicians have that too).
- If an item is damaged or defective, return it at no cost. Otherwise, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund.
- Fabble does not take responsibility for any personal items shipped along with the return.
- Fabble reserves the right to refuse a return or deduct a restocking fee of up to 50% if above conditions aren’t met.
- Please note that we can only refund the original purchase price. Any additional shipping and handling fees incurred are non-refundable.
